Marlene Johnson

Marlene Johnson (born January 11, 1946) is an American politician and businesswoman who served as the 42nd lieutenant governor of Minnesota, the first woman to hold the office. Every Lieutenant Governor since has been a woman. She was elected as the running mate of Governor Rudy Perpich and served from 1983 to 1991.
